New Ultra Long Range Empyrean Jet Card category – what does it mean?
Accessible to US-based customers, the new category opens access to ultra-long-range private jets like the Bombardier Global Express XRS (6000) and 7500, Gulfstream G550 and G650, and Dassault Falcon 7X and 8X. With a 12-seat guarantee incorporated into the Empyrean Jet Card’s offering, it is ideal for those who regularly require larger aircraft for longer routes.
“The Ultra Long Range category has become increasingly popular, both with our customers and in the general market,” explains ACS Vice President of Commercial Sales, John Castellano. “In light of this higher demand, we wanted to craft a jet card offering for clients with a particular need for longer-range aircraft and luxurious cabins.”
Which aircraft does the new category include?
The new Ultra Long Range category joins Empyrean’s existing Light, Midsize, Super-Midsize and Heavy jet options, offering added flexibility to the Jet Card’s ever-expanding clientele.
“Advancements in avionics and cabin comfort mean these larger, longer-range aircraft appeal to a wide range of our Empyrean Jet Card holders, from families going on vacation to global corporations that need to remain connected to their offices worldwide,” John adds.

Bombardier Global Express XRS (6000)
Rebranded as the Global 6000 in May 2011, the Global Express XRS is Bombardier’s best-performing business jet. Its impressive 6,000-nautical-mile range allows for coast-to-coast charters like Teterboro to Los Angeles, while also connecting North and South America, Australia and the Middle East, and Europe and southeast Asia.
Typically seating 14 passengers across three zones, the aircraft’s refined cabin is designed for comfort – seats can be set up as beds for overnight flights and modern amenities include an in-seat cabin management system. The generous baggage hold has space for at least 12 suitcases along with golf clubs and skis, plus there’s room for hand luggage in the cabin.

Dassault Falcon 7X
The Dassault Falcon 7X is a great long-haul jet for non-stop journeys like Berlin to Los Angeles and New York to Dubai. With its three signature engines and an innovative wing design, the aircraft can land on short runways such as London City, flying passengers straight to the heart of England’s capital from far-away US cities.
The 7X’s baggage hold is larger than older models, with room for at least 12 suitcases. Inside, the modern cabin is usually configured for 12 to 16 people in three lounge areas. Gulfstream V (GV)
The Gulfstream V (GV) can fly non-stop for up to 6,500 nautical miles, completing routes like New York to Dubai and Los Angeles to Tokyo with ease. The business jet’s cabin is slightly larger than the newer G500 and G550 models and all three planes feature essentially the same aircraft/engine combination, with the GV’s long-term performance and reliability making it an enduringly popular private jet.
One of the aircraft’s most popular configurations seats 13. The quiet cabin is ideal for overnight flights, while high-end amenities include Gulfstream’s signature oval windows plus fold-out work tables and multimedia entertainment systems.
