We were asked to help fly a finance CEO and his family from Singapore to see out the holiday season in Hawaii.
Helping a busy CEO make the most of family time
In December 2022, an executive on a business trip in Singapore asked us to help fly him and his family to see out the holiday season in Hawaii. The busy CEO wanted to get there as quickly as possible in order to make the most of the break, and requested an aircraft with beds onboard so the passengers could arrive rested and ready to enjoy Hawaii’s end-of-year celebrations. We set about finding a solution that met these requirements.
Our Solution
Route: Singapore > Hawaii
Aircraft: Gulfstream G650ER
Most private jet charters in Singapore depart from secluded Seletar Airport, but it was more convenient for the client’s family to meet him at Changi, a busier international hub.
Changi’s long runway allowed us to use a larger aircraft that could fly non-stop, without losing time refuelling along the way.
We quickly sourced two options: a Bombardier Global 7500 and a Gulfstream G650ER. The client chose the G650ER, as he’d used the business jet before and liked its facilities.
Once the aircraft was confirmed, we worked to secure all the necessary permits for the charter to operate from Changi.
