A special flight for children battling cancer
In August 2022, an Indian regional political party asked us to help arrange a one-hour private jet flight for a group of 25 local children battling cancer, which they were sponsoring in partnership with a local non-governmental organisation (NGO) as part of their corporate social responsibility programme. With several stakeholders involved in organising the trip and multiple media outlets covering the event, we needed to pull out all the stops to plan the charter and ensure it ran smoothly.
Our Solution
Route: Round-trip over Mumbai
Aircraft: Embraer ERJ145
We suggested an hour-long round-trip flight over Mumbai to give the children an exciting experience without being in the air for too long.
Our experienced team sourced an Embraer ERJ145, using an operator who was keen to work with us on this special charter and could accommodate the trip between scheduled services at a competitive price.
We arranged fit-to-fly certificates for all passengers prior to the flight and worked around the clock to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day.

Extra Touches: We arranged several extra surprises to make the children’s day extra special. These included giving out themed goody bags and toys at the check-in desk, along with a conveyor belt decorated with balloons to deliver gardening kits following the flight.
Onboard Customisation: Our team organised branded headrest covers with the sponsor’s logo and booked catering for every passenger.
Coordination: We liaised seamlessly with the client, the partnering NGO, the airport’s marketing team and the media outlets covering the trip to ensure there were no miscommunications and everyone was happy throughout the planning process.
