Flying a cancer patient to Disney World
In March 2022, a cancer patient asked us to arrange a charter for a family vacation to Disney World Florida. A heavy jet was needed for the large group, so needed to find the most cost-effective solution for the client’s first-ever charter.
Our Solution
Route: Ohio > Orlando > Ohio
Aircraft: Gulfstream G-IVSP
We initially sourced a Bombardier Challenger 601 that was within budget and had enough seats onboard for the group of six adults, three children and two infants. Our expert brokers were later able to upgrade the aircraft to a Gulfstream G-IVSP.
The client needed to travel with an oxygen tank, we liaised with them to ensure it was approved by the federal aviation administration.
