In January 2023, a booking agent asked us to help fly an orchestra from Bulgaria to perform in Saudi Arabia, before returning them home two days later. With almost 150 passengers travelling together along with their instruments, we needed to find an aircraft with enough space for the large group and accompanying cargo.
Our Solution
Route: Sofia > Al-'Ula > Sofia
Aircraft: Airbus A320-200
Our experienced team quickly sourced an Airbus A320-200 with enough space for all the passengers and a large enough hold for their instruments and equipment.
We then set about securing the required flight permits and aircraft parking in Saudi Arabia.
