A client in Ohio tasked us with arranging his trip to the Miami Grand Prix, requesting an all-encompassing itinerary including outbound air travel, luxury accommodation and a private driver. He initially requested a one-way private jet charter to Miami, having pre-booked a commercial flight to a meeting in South Africa following the race. But when his wife decided to join him on the trip, he asked us to create a bespoke solution that accommodated both their travel plans.

Working with our private jet division, we cancelled his commercial flight from Miami to the meeting in Johannesburg and instead arranged for the return leg of the charter to drop him in Atlanta, where he could catch a connecting business-class flight on to South Africa.
