We were tasked by a military orchestra to transport 75 passengers and 100 instruments from South Carolina to their concert at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo in Scotland. Budget restraints meant the client couldn’t fly both together, and so we needed to come up with a cost-effective solution.

Despite the short lead time and complex logistics, we packaged the 100 loose pieces of delicate cargo in crates and delivered them to Edinburgh without a hitch.

The airline had told the client they could only accommodate the group if they were split between two flights, but we managed to secure 75 seats on the same flight and even negotiated with the airline to get two complimentary seats, showing the benefit to the client of booking with us.
