An events production company in the US called us when two of their executives missed a connecting flight from Georgia to Missouri due to the Crowdstrike outage in July 2024. We sourced several aircraft within just an hour of receiving the request, with the client opting for a Pilatus PC-12 they’d successfully used for another charter with us.
The two passengers had been waiting at the airport in Atlanta since missing their original flight, so our team worked as quickly as possible to reposition the aircraft from another state.
We liaised closely with the operator and kept the client updated on the aircraft’s location. The passengers were collected in a timely manner and flown to their final destination with no further delays.
