Rushing a CEO to a pharma convention
The executive assistant of a pharmaceutical company got in touch following the last-minute cancellation of their CEO’s flight to New York, where he was chairing a panel at a pharma convention. With no alternative commercial flights that could get him there in time, our expertise was needed to find another solution.

Our operations team quickly checked the status of the private jet charters we’d arranged for that day, discovering we had a Phenom 300 due to land at a nearby airport in 30 minutes’ time with another of our passengers onboard.
We reached out to the operator to ask if we could use the aircraft after it had completed its current trip, and after confirming the price and availability, the charter was booked within just minutes. We then contacted a preferred car company with a driver at the main airport where the CEO was awaiting his commercial flight, who collected the CEO and drove him to the FBO while he studied his notes on the way.
The car company’s real-time tracking software enabled us to keep the operator informed of the client’s exact arrival time, with the pilots pulling off a quick turnaround to ensure the aircraft was ready. The charter departed promptly and landed in New York in time for the convention.
