“We start by ascertaining when and where you want to fly, your budget and how many passengers are travelling”, Marianne says. “Then our team takes care of the rest, using our industry connections and expertise to source a range of aircraft that best suit your needs.

“Which aircraft we recommend depends on several factors like availability, price and size. One of the most popular options is the Boeing 737, a 62-seat VIP aircraft that’s arranged in a 2-2 configuration with plenty of legroom for each passenger. Depending on budget, I’d certainly recommend it to a client whisking their top performers away on an incentive trip.

“But finding the perfect aircraft only scratches the surface of what we can do for our clients. We’re often asked to arrange extra touches that really personalise a flight.”

How we personalise each flight

Once the aircraft is confirmed, our dedicated flight service team comes to the fore. “Clients planning incentive trips often ask for custom branding as part of the charter,” says Marianne. 

“From branded headrests and water bottles to deli bags, floor mats and crew scarves, our team can enhance any flight with customised items. We’ll even work with you to organise aircraft livery, as we did recently for a TV show launch. There were also people dressed as characters from the show on that particular flight, which made it really memorable.

“But that’s not the first time we’ve had to help organise something like that – we’re often asked to source inflight entertainment and even arranged a magician for a flight last year. Our flight service team can also arrange bespoke catering and even have a flight rep onboard to personally ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.”

Popular MICE destinations

“With offices in six continents around the world, we organise MICE charters to all sorts of different destinations,” says Marianne. “At the moment, the main criteria are good weather and top hotel facilities, with popular locations including Nice in France, Alicante in Spain, Faro in Portugal and the Swiss business hub of Zurich.”

Nice

The capital of the French Riviera is a playground for the elite, thanks to its blend of bustling city vibes, old-town splendour, year-round sunshine and beautiful beaches. Plenty of wide-ranging hotels line the shores and you’re never far away from the ACROPOLIS Convention and Exhibition complex in the city centre.

Alicante

Served by a nearby international airport providing a gateway to the wider area, this port city on the sun-soaked Costa Blanca is one of Spain’s most popular tourist hotspots. Alicante is an ideal MICE destination offering plenty of things to do, several top-class golf courses and a range of hotels and restaurants.

Faro

Faro itself is more known for its quaint beaches and historic old town, but the airport’s location gives visitors access to plenty of prime MICE destinations in the Algarve region. The nearby congress centre is a leading venue for conferences and events, while for dining, you’re never too far away from an unassuming restaurant serving delicious fresh seafood.

Zurich

Zurich is Switzerland’s top spot for MICE trips, thanks to its famous shopping district and buzzing nightlife. Many of the city’s hotels have luxury suites and event spaces that are perfect for hosting small- to medium-sized events, while the convention centre’s famous gold-ceilinged music hall holds larger functions.
