In August 2021, a music producer asked us to help fly a rap artist and up to eight production staff from Reading Festival to his headlining set at another event in East London later that day.
With just 90 minutes between the two performances and the client unable to confirm the exact number of passengers until the last minute, meticulous planning and flexibility were needed to ensure the group arrived in time.

We sourced a helicopter with an adaptable configuration that could accommodate either seven passengers with a coffee table or nine passengers without one. The client planned to land at London City Airport, but we suggested Falcon Heliport as it was closer to the venue of the London festival.
Working with event organisers and the client’s production team, we arranged for a golf buggy to whisk the artist straight from the stage to the waiting helicopter and had ground transfers waiting by the helipad when it landed in London.
