Getting models and celebrities to an event
In May 2023, an entertainment company’s marketing agency asked us to help transport a group of 60 models and celebrities to an event in Florida. With our preferred aircraft unavailable and only 10 days to go until the group needed to depart, we needed to find an alternative solution fast.
Our Solution
Route: White Plains > Fort Lauderdale
Aircraft: Airbus A320
We initially sourced an Embraer E190, but it became unavailable before the client could confirm the booking.
Leveraging our strong operator relationships, we negotiated a discounted rate for an Airbus A320 instead.
The customer’s preferred departure airport, Teterboro, was too small to accommodate the airliner, so we routed the charter from White Plains instead.
The Finer Details
Flight Representation: An ACS expert was on-hand at the airport to welcome the passengers and ensure they departed smoothly.
VIP Transfers: We also had one of our team on the ground in Miami, helping to secure tarmac access for the group’s transportation so they could be collected planeside.
