Flying German auto incentive groups to Spain
We jumped at the chance to help three luxury auto houses fly their top German customers to Spain for back-to-back incentive trips. Each client had arranged a busy itinerary to maximise passengers’ driving time on the ground, so quick thinking was needed when a last-minute issue at the airport in Spain threatened to delay one of the charters and disrupt the schedule.
Our Solution
Route: Germany > Spain
Aircraft: Airbus A320, Embraer ERJ19
A separate charter was needed for each of the three incentive groups, transporting 130 passengers in total.
Utilising our industry relationships, we secured the best prices on airliners that were available to charter with German-speaking crew.
When an airport tower strike meant one of the flights couldn’t land in Spain as planned, we quickly diverted it to Faro in Portugal and the client arranged their own buses to transfer the passengers by road to Seville, minimising delays.
