The event coordinator of an Australian music festival asked us to help with the travel arrangements for performing artists, who needed to fly from the festival to their next gig the following day. There were no scheduled services that could get them there within such a tight timeframe and the passenger list kept changing, so we stepped in to find a flexible private air charter solution that fit with their itinerary.

As the client was unsure exactly how many passengers would be flying, we initially sourced several aircraft of different sizes with availability on the requested date.
Once it was confirmed there would be 18 passengers, we booked a commercial jet with space for everyone onboard.
