In April 2023, we were asked to help fly 100 admins and VIPs from a university in Utah to watch their basketball team’s first NIT championship appearance in Las Vegas. Aircraft were in short supply due to high demand for the college basketball tournament, while the university’s request for a same-day return flight meant two sets of crew would be needed. Our team set about finding an air charter solution against the odds.

Despite limited aircraft availability, our charter experts sourced an Airbus A320 that was competitively priced and had enough space onboard for the large group.
The operator was based in Las Vegas, meaning they were able to switch crews seamlessly and accommodate a return flight directly after the game.
