In April 2022, a tour manager gave us just two days’ notice to fly a musician from Los Angeles to the Coachella Music Festival.
With scheduled flights sold out and limited aircraft availability for such a last-minute private jet charter, we needed to pull out all the stops to find a solution fast.
Our Solution
Route: Van Nuys > Coachella Valley
Aircraft: Cessna Citation CJ3+
There were very few private jets available at such short notice and most operators were reluctant to quote for such a short routing. Despite these obstacles, our experienced team leveraged their unrivalled industry relationships to find two viable solutions within hours of receiving the request. The client opted for a mid-size Cessna Citation CJ3+ that had ample room for the group of eight passengers.
The Finer Details
Local Knowledge: The original brief was to land in Palm Springs, however we suggested flying to a regional airport closer to their rental property. This made the group’s transfer shorter, giving them more time to spend at the festival.
Bespoke Service: We arranged for the artist’s favourite snacks and beverages to be stocked onboard the aircraft to enjoy during the flight.
