A client asked us to help arrange a round-trip private jet charter from Florida to New York for his daughter’s ‘Sweet Sixteen’ celebration. They wanted to fly during the busy Labor Day period and had a set budget for the charter. We set about finding a cost-effective solution whilst making the flight as special as possible.

Despite high demand on the requested dates, we leveraged our relationships with operators and sourced a Cessna Citation X that could accommodate the eight passengers within the client’s budget.
Our team personalised the aircraft’s cabin with birthday decorations and arranged for a birthday tiara and custom cupcakes to be waiting onboard.

Attention to Detail: Some of the passengers had dietary requirements, so we shopped around to find a bakery that could provide gluten-free and dairy-free cupcakes.
