Utilising the estate’s own produce, the menu focuses on a hand-picked experience of Tuscan cuisine: from wine, honey, and olive oil from its on-site Winery; to fresh fruit, vegetables, and herbs from its organic garden; the menu is specially designed to provide authenticity.
