A high-net-worth social media personality asked us to coordinate a video shoot, featuring a helicopter flying in the background as the client’s personal collection of Porsche & Lamborghini supercars drove along a private runway. We set about sourcing the best helicopter to charter and arranging the logistics of the project.

Using local knowledge, we sourced a private runway and provided quotes for three different stunt helicopters. The client went with our recommendation, an Airbus Squirrel, which we advised would look best on camera.
We then worked closely with the client, airstrip owner and filming crew to finalise the arrangements in the lead-up to the shoot.
Our team was on-hand during the day of filming to ensure everything ran smoothly. We helped to coordinate the cars, drivers, videographers and photographers and oversaw a practice run, before briefing the pilot and helping to mount cameras on the helicopter.
During the shoot, we acted as the main point of communication between the helicopter and the drivers, directing proceedings throughout via VHF radio.
