We had arranged the charter of a Super King Air B200 for the client’s last hunting trip in 2022, which was ideal for the group size and had cargo lockers in the wings for storing their rifles.
After confirming their preferred dates and times for 2023, we reached out to the operator and were able to secure the same aircraft again for the most recent trip.
Our experienced team ensured the required paperwork was in place for the firearms and confirmed passenger weights and baggage count.
When the group wanted to fly back to Arizona early, we liaised with the operator to arrange for them to depart a few hours ahead of schedule.
