Aircraft: Boeing B737-800
We reached out to our unrivalled industry contacts and quickly sourced a Boeing B737-800, which could be chartered within the client’s limited budget and had ample room for the large group and their heavy instruments and equipment. In line with Covid regulations, there was no catering onboard the short-haul flight and we minimised contact with the crew by distributing bottles of water on the seats before the passengers boarded. We also arranged Covid-19 tests for the crew prior to the flight.
